JOIN THE B.T.C TEAM
HELP US DEVELOP THE PERSON BEHIND THE ATHLETE.
Behind the Curtain is building something bigger than a mental performance company. We’re building a culture where training the mind is treated with the same seriousness as training the body.
We’re looking for people who believe athletes deserve more than physical preparation. They deserve professionals who understand pressure, confidence, identity, adversity, resilience, performance, and the human being behind the athlete.
If you believe in that mission, there may be a place for you Behind the Curtain.

Credentials matter. Experience matters. But so does character. We’re looking for people who are:
- DRIVENYou hold yourself to a high standard.
- EMPATHETICYou understand that there’s a person behind every performance.
- CURIOUSYou never stop learning.

THE B.T.C STANDARD
CHARACTER. CREDIBILITY. PERFORMANCE. EMPATHY. DISCIPLINE. GROWTH.
The people representing B.T.C. represent something bigger than themselves. Our athletes should know that the person sitting across from them takes their development seriously.
That means maintaining high standards for professionalism, ethics, education, confidentiality, personal development, and quality of care or coaching.
We don’t want to simply build the largest team. We want to build the right team.
WHY B.T.C?
BUILD SOMETHING THAT MATTERS.
Behind the Curtain is being built around a simple belief: better people create better athletes. We want to create an environment where talented professionals can collaborate across mental performance, counseling, psychology, athletics, education, and human performance.
As B.T.C. grows, our vision is to create opportunities across:
The long-term goal is to build an ecosystem dedicated to developing the complete athlete.
WHO DO YOU WANT TO IMPACT?
Whether you’re an experienced professional or someone early in your career with exceptional potential, we want to understand what drives you. Not just “Why do you want this job?” We want to know:
- Why athletes?
- What experiences shaped you?
- What do you believe athletes are missing?
- What can you bring to B.T.C. that makes our athletes better?
- What does “Train What They Can’t See” mean to you?
